Data privacy and general conditions(Required)

Business customers only: The event is exclusively for business customers. Registrations from private customers will not be accepted.

Risk-free: Any purchase can be canceled within one business day of purchase with no cancellation fees. The ticket can be transferred to colleagues free of charge. The event can also be attended online and recordings of most of the sessions will be made available.

Event contingency regulations: The conference is a hybrid event that will be held online in the occurrence of a situation that forces us to cancel the on-site event or parts of it, i.e. pandemic with travel bans, terror incidents, severe weather disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Ticket prices cannot be refunded or reduced if the conference or parts of it are held online only. Rest assured that we do our utmost to organize the conference on-site in Vienna. For example, the 2022, 2023, and 2024 editions were held in Vienna without any disruptions, as were all editions before Covid.

In the event of a complete cancellation of the conference, regardless of the reason, only the ticket price can be refunded. We cannot accept any liability for further costs, including travel costs. We recommend booking a travel insurance that covers costs related to event cancellations.

I agree that Advatera GmbH, who is the organizer of the conference, may collect the information I provide to process my conference registration, keep me informed of this and upcoming events, handle the conference entry, and the payment process.

Advatera may take pictures at the event on which conference participants might be visible. Those pictures will be used in the coverage of the event and for future events. We strive to select only high-quality images with a favorable appearance.
