  • Over the past year, we conducted both quantitative and qualitative employee surveys, which provided us with valuable insights for strengthening our internal communication. The description could be: Over the past year, the internal communications team carried out the “Employees in Focus” project, gathering both quantitative and qualitative feedback from Axpo employees all over the Axpo Group. The insights gained give us a clearer understanding of employees’ needs and expectations and guide improvements in our internal communication.
