- For many years, TIP’s employer brand received limited attention. In late 2023, in close collaboration with HR and Marketing, Communications set out to change that: to develop a new Employer Value Proposition tailored to our key target audiences. This work culminated in the launch of a refreshed employer brand, complete with a new visual identity and our tagline: “it’s how we roll” which we successfully launched internally and externally in 2025.
