Meeting point: front-desk at Motel One Staatsoper. Café Mozart ist just around the corner, 1 minute walk from the hotel.
At the dinner at Glacis Beisl you can select a vegan or vegetarian dish from their menu.
The catering at the conference will also offer vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Yes, there is an elevator. The welcome desk and the main ballroom is on the second floor.
We will have space for luggage; however, please remove all valuables as we can not take any liability for them.
We can bring your luggage to Motel One Staatsoper on Monday, so you do not need to take it along on the museum visit.
If you booked your room at Motel One on your own, please remind that you need to check in before 6 pm or call their reception to guarantee your room. All rooms booked from Advatera are already guaranteed.
On Tuesday, we will have breakfast available from 8.30 am. Breakfast will be available throughout the whole first session (roundtable discussions)—no need to pay for breakfast at the hotel.
For those arriving on Sunday already: some conference attendees meet at the reception of Motel One Staatsoper to walk together to Café Museum for a traditional Viennese breakfast (1-minute walk).
There is no specific dress code. But if you ask, we would describe it as business casual.
We heard that Motel One Staatsoper is fully booked. There might be a chance to reserve a room through our contingent of rooms; please contact email@example.com (limited availability).
Another hotel option is 25hours hotel at Museumsquartier.
We do not have printed tickets. Your name is on the participants list. At the welcome desk you will receive your name badge and a printed agenda.
Yes, we have a Microsoft Teams group where you get access and where most of the slides will be published too.
It is #DLFVienna
The welcome desk will be also happy to call you a taxi.
Please check the current rules on the website of the City of Vienna. We would welcome if you test yourself before going to the conference on a voluntary basis. We have also rapid tests available which you can get at the reception desk.
