Strengthening ICI’s Code of Conduct and Values – An HR and internal communications project 
 
With staff in multiple locations, some geographically remote, bringing people together regularly is not always easy. This, along with significant linguistic and cultural diversity, can make it harder to create a cohesive strong staff culture around values and behaviour.  This project aims to bring the ICI values and Code of Conduct to life, make them practical and relevant, and ensure they remain top of mind for all staff.
