Creating Givaudan’s Digital Home: Our Journey Towards a More Connected Employee Experience. Viridiana Joyner – Givaudan
Givaudan launched its last digital workplace in 2020. Today, following significant changes in employee expectations and digital behaviours, as well as a major shift to the Microsoft environment, we are developing a new space: the digital home for every employee.
Our ambition is to create a place where employees feel informed, inspired, connected, empowered, and supported. We would like to share our journey so far and would greatly appreciate your advice and suggestions on areas for improvement to help us make it even better
From Fragmented Systems to One CRM: Connecting Teams Through Change. Stéphanie Simpson – Terre des hommes
The presentation will focus on the audit they conducted jointly with the IT team, the decision to internalize certain developments, and the lessons learned from strengthening collaboration between Marketing and IT, with Marketing acting as an internal client. This talk will give interesting insights into cross-functional governance, data management, and organizational change.
