Shapers of AI: Building a Copilot Studio Agent

In this practical Shapers of AI session, we will build a Copilot Studio agent together. The focus is not on theory, but on understanding the basic building blocks: what the agent should do, which knowledge or data it needs, where the boundaries are, and how we can test whether it gives useful answers.

We will use a simple communication-related use case and go through the process step by step. The goal is not to create a perfect production-ready agent, but to make the concept tangible and discuss what communication teams need to consider before building agents themselves.
