Specialist group for experienced managers around digital internal comms, employee experience and digital workplace from the Zurich, Basel, Bern and surrounding areas. The expert group on meets 3 times a year. Its members include ABB, Endress+Hauser, Swisscom, SRG SSR, Schindler, … The meetings are exclusively for practitioners and completely free of advertising. Providers, agencies and consultants are not allowed to participate. This creates an open exchange.

The meetings are interactive. In addition to guest talks, there are workshops and open discussions. Plenty of space to bring your own challenges into the group and discuss them. Due to the regularity of the meetings, topics can be developed and discussed even over several meetings. Of course, the agenda is always designed in such a way that new participants can easily join the group.

    Aufgrund der aktuellen Covid-19 Situation müssen wir das Meeting verschieben. Ein virtueller Termin wird in Kürze publiziert, das physische Treffen findet Anfang 2021 statt. Hier gibt es viele online Sessions: https://www.advatera.com/en/online-sessions

    Unter anderem mit: "Rund um die Uhr informiert – Die Mitarbeitenden-App im Spital Bülach" von Thomas Langholz. Und als zweite App-Case-Study die gruppenweite Einführung der Mitarbeitenden-App «Beekeeper» bei Hirslanden. Weitere Themen: Hybrid als Zukunft für Pressekonferenzen und Mitarbeiterversammlungen sowie Erfahrungsaustausch zu Tools und Umsetzung. Demokratisierung von Softwareentwicklung als aktuelle Strategie von Microsoft und Google; wir diskutieren was dies für Kommunikationsmanager bedeutet. Und wir werden diskutieren, wie Covid-19 die Themenlandschaft und Arbeit in der internen und externen Kommunikation nachhaltig verändert.

    Social Intranet Live Demo: We’ve seen a big up take in colleagues writing blogs and interacting with each other on our intranet over the last few months particularly during lockdown it’s been a great way to interact and keep in touch. Will be good to share how we’ve built an open and honest culture on our intranet since it went live in Aug 2019, we’ve had some colleagues share some really personal stories about how lockdown has affected them, posts about the black lives matter campaign and most recently redundancies and restructures.
