Join the Dutch speaking Belgium Intranet and Digital Workplace Group for an engaging session on topics like digital workplace demos, AI in the digital workplace, internal comms KPIs and many more. Experience knowledge sharing and demos from participating organizations, showcasing innovative digital workplace solutions. Fully advertisment free, no agencies, no consultants. This event is in collaboration with ValueIntranet, a well-established community for internal communications and digital workplace managers in Belgium.

The meeting will wrap up at 12:30, but don’t miss the chance to stay for a shared lunch and open discussion afterward! It’s a great opportunity to connect and exchange ideas, so if you’d like to join the lunch, please reserve your time until 2:30 PM.

The meeting is in collaboration with ValueIntranet, a Belgium-based community of practice for digital workplace and internal communications managers.

  • Lidl has three main channels for internal communication: the intranet, an employee app based on Staffbase, and an audiovisual magazine. Micheline Blancquaert will give a presentation and demo of the different internal communication channels used at Lidl.
  • Group discussion: personalized content on the intranet/digital workplace, and how to reach the right audiences. How do the group members approach this? Can employees personalize their experience themselves, or does this happen automatically based on their profile information, or using AI?
  • Lots of time for open discussions, for example on AI Governacen in Communications
