She will present “DEX from proposal to project at COWI”: How COWI applies the principles of DEX (digital employee experience) within their digital workplace, and concretely in some recent projects.
• Group discussion on the topic of personalized content on the intranet/digital workplace, and how to reach the right audiences. How do the group members approach this? Can employees personalize their experience themselves, or does this happen automatically based on their profile information, or using AI? Can employees follow content, configure favorite apps, etc.
