Employer branding at Helvetia: how we use in-house personal branding workshops to help our employees position themselves as great role models.

Following a very successful pilot workshop, we have now launched a monthly workshop series. These are available both for specific target groups (such as women, customer advisors or junior staff) and for all other employees at Helvetia. I’d be happy to tell you how we do it and why it’s worthwhile as an employer branding department to also do something with and for existing employees.
