We reserve the right to change the agenda, the date, and/or change the venue (within Vienna). In the extremly unlikely event of a cancellation of the event caused by us (Advatera) the cost of the admission ticket will be reimbursed. All other costs and damages can not be reimbursed. In case of a postponement of the event, the ticket remains valid for the new dates, the cost of the ticket or other costs or damages cannot be refunded, but you can pass the ticket on internally to a colleague or choose another Advatera event to attend instead. In case of cancellation, premature termination or postponement of the event due to force majeure we will not reimburse the cost of the admission ticket or any other cost or damage.
You may cancel until 1st of February 2020, a cancellation handling fee of € 100 will apply. Super early bird tickets booked before November 8th 2019 are cancelable free of charge until 1st of March 2020. If you are not able to participate at short notice, you can pass on the ticket at any time to one of your team members.
At the event we take photos from talks, sessions and workshops where you might be visible as well. Those photos will be shared on social media platforms, newsletters and marketing material for further events. If you tell us that you don’t want to be shown on such photos, we will do our outmost to keep you out of them. If you see somewhere a photo taken at our event which shows you and which you feel should be removed, please tell us and we try our outmost to remove it.
