  • More than a new look & feel: The strategy behind the 147 redesign on Instagram. Nil Günes – Pro Juventute
    • Algorithms change, platform policies evolve—and with them, the rules for successful social media communication. For 147, it was therefore clear: a purely visual update wouldn’t be enough. What was needed was a strategic realignment that would not only modernize the Instagram presence but also strengthen engagement in a sustainable way. After all, reach can be boosted with ads, but genuine interaction cannot be forced. This made the strong growth in engagement after the relaunch all the more significant. In this talk, we show how we rethought design, content, and strategy—and successfully developed the 147 Instagram channel with measurable results.
