In their presentation, they will share two initial solutions they have implemented: an intranet and a Yammer community to support this ambition and create a collective dynamic around HR and internal communication topics.

- She will share how they leveraged multiple communication channels, especially their intranet and internal social network, to ensure broad awareness and effective engagement.
- One Group, One Hub: Building Calderys' new intranet. Roberta Herdeiro – Calderys
- After the combination of Calderys and HWI, they needed to merge two different intranets into one. Their approach focused on employee participation from start to finish: running workshops, gathering input through surveys and pilots, and integrating feedback into the final design. The result is The Hub, a unified intranet that delivers consistent information, encourages collaboration, and reflects the voice of their people. This presentation outlines the key steps, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
